John, Tony, Dave and Iris are the band that run the wonderful sessions in Elsie's unique pub at Cowden Pound. It has been too long since we last had them down here. A real treat in store.

8pm for 8:15 start
At The Beachcomber
Dane Road
Seaford
East Sussex
About half way along the seafront where Dane Road Meets the promenade.
All welcome

It's half way along the front at the Dane road junction. Big white building. There's plenty of parking out back or on the front.
I'll book you both floor spots.

Only two floor spots then?

That would make it pretty spotless, by folk club standards.

I do like a nice clean club.

The plan is to be there as Elizabeth and I are to meet SussexCarole and Crane Driver there.

Who is this "Only 2 floor spots" Guest and what is his/her problem?

Is he/she going to see Elsie's Band or will he/she only be interested in his/her own contribution. I was a resident at this club for a few years and in my time there we usually managed to fit more than two floor singers in during the course of the evening.

Hoping to enjoy the night with or without Guest.
