Tech: Help! Banner Ads Missing!

In most cases this would be a blessing but I am selling the damn things.
There are banner ads on my company's Home Page that simply don't appear when I log on. And those that do, disappear when I refresh the page. this started last week.
I turned off my Pop Up Blocker. That didn't help.
In advance, I know I am too stupid to deserve to own a computer much less sell on line advertising. Thanks you for noticing.
Now...can anyone help?
Mary

Under "Welcome, Happy and Safe" should be a banner ad.

Why can't I?
And there are two banners. One above the blue line and one below.

I see it, too.

Try emptying your cache file, closing your browser, then opening it and looking again.

I can see 'em fine, with both Firefox and MSIE.

Stupid question: are you using a bookmark to go there, and if so, is it to the same address as you posted above? Reason is that when I've done the odd web page, sometimes I accidently bookmark the page on my computer. If I change something on one place, it's not changed on the other. It might be the

On a critical note, the ALT tags are (as I understand it) used by blind people who use speech readers. "Click here" isn't going to help them much.

Anyway, I don't really have any idea, as design has gotten a lot more complicated than when I did it, and I wasn't too knowledgable when I was. Maybe John in Kansas or somebody else will have a better idea.

Thank you all. For reasons unknown my Semantec settings were changed to block all ads and all pop ups. Maybe by Spybot? I reset them and now all is well at least for now.

Mary...I use "Proxomitron", and with it 'enabled' I saw no banner ad...as soon as I disabled it, the ad appeared. I suspect that everyone clever enough to use ad blockers will never see it.

I could see the bottom one, but I had to turn off the Firewall ad blocker to see the upper one. There are ways to get them to display, but it means more going back to them regularly to make changes when the ad changes.
