I've been snowshoeing several times, including moonlight snowshoes. And my birdfeeders have been booming with customers. The sun seems more powerfull with all the reflection as well. My sarengettis are getting their workout as well. And who can despute that Snow covered Pines are one of the most beautifull sights ever. I even enjoy shoveling it with Jimmy Buffet on the IPOD. I'm so high on life I could OD. |

18 Feb 06 - 01:13 PM (#1672024) Subject: RE: BS: I'm lovin this snow From: Naemanson I remember when I first went from Presque Isle, Maine, to Biddeford, Maine, in late winter back in 1976. It was like stepping into a whole new season. I left Presque Isle in near blizzard conditions and arrived in Biddeford to find green grass and people on motorcycles. I think that was what drove me to change schools to Saint Francis College (now University Of New England). |

18 Feb 06 - 02:11 PM (#1672081) Subject: RE: BS: I'm lovin this snow From: Joe Offer I remember when I was a teenager in Wisconsin, seeing photos of California Bikini Babes skiing in the mountains. I couldn't imagine anybody wearing a bikini in the winter in Wisconsin - August is the only month suitable for bikinis there. Well, today we have beautiful snow here in the Sierra Foothills above Sacramento, but I haven't seen any Bikini Babes.... -Joe- |

Somehow, not having snow makes the cold seem .. well much colder. sIx |
