But for more on this kind of "strange folk" type of music - checkout : http://www.theunbrokencircle.co.uk/ or just put "wyrd folk" into your search engine - it's a huge folk sub-culture!! Cheers! Many of we "older" folkies :~))) worry and wonder where the next generations of "folkies" are : sites like these two could well be a big part of the answer!! Just a thought ... Cheers! R-J PS "Acid Folk" is a term I'd always associated with "The Holy Modal Rounders", but I think the genre has evolved (transmogrified?!) just a little since those 60s daze!!! |
