There are, of course, no safeguards in place to protect us from defaults on the gov's T notes, loans, etc. But I believe that has always been the evangelical Republican plan. Bankrupt the government by putting all the money in the world into big biz's coffers. Guess who rules the world? (Hint: it ain't the US government anymore!) |
