Hi folks, just putting the word out that on Monday 3rd April 8.00pm - 10.30 The British Computer Association of the Blind and Up the Creek Comedy Club are presenting "An Evening with LES BARKER featuring Capella" venue:- "Up the Creek" 32 Union Street, Maidstone, Kent. Doors open 8.00pm Admission £10.00 (BCAB will use the funds to help finance "IT 4 ALL", a project to provide more blind people access to the written word through computers)

CDs "Guide Cats for the Blind" and "The Missing Persians File" featuring Les Barker's poems read by a host of celebrites will be available.

Tony - I won't be able to make it (3 April is also El Greko's CD launch at Herga) but hope you have a great time. I already own both Guide Cats for the Blind and the Missing Persians File, and hope you (and Don and Clive) sell lots more.

Grrrrrrr I'm not going to be able to get there 'cos it's too far away!   For all those that can get there ......have a laugh for me 'cos it's sure to be one heck of an evening!

...and Les is in Middlewich (his only appearance in the town this year)on Good Friday, April 14th at the Boar's Head.
