Lyr Req: Dublin O'Shea (from Irish Rovers)

The words I have are:

Have another drink boys, Oh have one with me
We're home from the sea and we're back on the shore
and if you get too drunk boys in this company
you'll roll round Cape Horn on the Rory O'More (??????)

He lived on the dockside in Liverpool town
And he always was down on the ??????????
Everyone knew him as Dublin O'Shea
Some say he came from Killarney

Does anyone know the full song?

It was done by the Irish Rovers if that helps.

BINGO

Dublin O'Shea
As Sung by The Irish Rovers

Chorus:
Have another drink, boys, well have one with me
We're home from the sea, yes, we're back on the shore
And if you get too drunk, boys, in this company
You'll roar 'round Cape Horn on the Rory O'Mor.

He lived on the dockside near Liverpool town
And he often went down, the thief and the vagabond
Everyone knew him as Dublin O'Shea
But some say he came from Killarney.

I sing of an Irishman honest and plain
But what's in a name when you think of the man himself
He was a sailor and he drank with the same,
And he mastered the fine art of blarney.

He was a lay preacher and a God-fearin' man
With a drink in his hand what a terrible sinner
He'd drink to the Devil and spit in your eye,
Then go to confession on Friday.

For ramblin' and rovin' there's none to compare,
If you'd met him you'd swear that the man was a saint
But if you could just see him in some foreign bar
You'd swear he was the High King of Ireland.

Thanks for the words Peace. This is the first time I've used the forum and I'm really impressed by the trouble people take answering other people's questions.

Sorry about the three threads Eric. I wasn't sure that I'd posted the question properly the first time. Then the second one seemed to disappear after a few hours. I'll learn!

Hi, Andrew. Welcome. I have never heard the song--not that I recall anyway--so I cannot attest to the accuracy of the words. They were all I could find, so I had no other source to verify them against. Also, it's a bit saddening when the author isn't credited. If you come across that info in your travels, would you please post who wrote it? Thank you.
