21 Apr 06 - 12:53 AM (#1723531) Subject: Licencing Songs for UK Recording From: Joe Offer When I get licenses for Debby McClatchy's recordings, I go to the Harry Fox Agency at songfile.com - but they grant licenses only for recordings made and sold in the U.S. Somebody asked me how to get permission to record U.S. songs in the UK - but I'd be interested in knowing how one goes about getting licencing for recording any song in the UK. Does the UK have a clearinghouse like songfile.com? -Joe- |
