Alison Lee Freeman CASSANDRA PROJECT 2006 7:30 pm Wednesday, May 31, 2006 Singing our History in the City of Ships Bath, Maine is a city rich in traditions, stories, and songs; music of celebration as new ships slipped down the ways into the mighty Kennebec River, sea chanteys to help the sailors raise the sails of their ocean bound ships, gentle music played in the parlors of ship captain's homes, and songs of temperance as Maine led the country towards prohibition. Join in the chorus for this journey back in time and learn history the old fashioned way through entertaining songs and stories.
