Has it really been demolished? |

I was up there around 2 weeks ago, when it was just a hole in the ground, with strange voices coming out of it. The replacement building is to be flats, I understand, don't know whether they will come up for letting. |

Replacing pubs and entertainment venues with six story blocks of flats aimed at the retired and wealthy seems to be the thing at present in our seaside towns, and folk music is one of the many things losing out as a result as the property developers get rich. |
