Makes having your own pewter tankard somewhat redundant if you cant step outside the pub into the sunshine to watch the dancing etc. Thank you for your singing Kitty. And thanks for your contribution to the Saturday singaround too. I only managed to watch the dancing for about an hour, on Sunday, but that was long enough to get sunburn. I still feel wistful watching North West because I miss dancing, but I was really grateful not to be jumping up and down in clogs and kit last weekend. Kitty |

Just about recovered. When it got to 4pm on the Saturday and I finished dancing with Exmoor, I decided I must be absolutely crazy to be starting again at 5 with Herbaceous Border, but we had a great time. Lots of teenagers and youngsters as well as those of mature years. I think the only thing that got anywhere near 80 was the temperature. My only disappointment was that you didn't join us, Dead Horse - next time I'll keep you to your promise.... though I'd rather not see the armpits. |
