Maybe Maggie won't." Does anyone know the song and its history? Does anyone know the words? Thank you in anticipation. vjd05 |

She obviously didn't have a clue what it was about: a hamfisted attempt by her speechwriters to appeal to the common man. As to whether she was referring to the Liverpool sailor's song MAGGIE MAY or Rod Stewart's MAGGIE MAY only the speechwriter will know. |
