From: Stilly River Sage Trying to think what to get for my kids to give their dad (my ex) for his combined father's day/birthday event (BD is tomorrow, but who's counting?) We usually give him a gift card to Home Depot but I decided to be really practical this year so I picked up a gift card ot the local Racetrac gas station. We all have so much junk and clutter around our houses--I'm trying to shift over to giving practical and consumable gifts. SRS |

From: Severn Went strawberry picking with my daughter (Also tart red pie cherries) and will eventually get some pies and preserves from it. She also gave me an original piece of artwork and some music. I will be going back in a little while to meet her and her boyfriend, when he gets off work, to go out to dinner somewhere. A very nice one, so far, with more to come. |
