I bought some dried seaweed (kelp) because I was concerned that we didn't have any iodine in our diet, but the taste of it makes anything it goes into inedible.
I'd be interested in any recipes that can actually disguise or overpoewer the taste of the stuff.

There is a style of sushi in which the ingredients normally enclosed in a sushi roll, including cut up strips of wakame (the seaweed used to wrap SOME(###) types of sushi rolls) are merely scattered on the top of the sushi rice in a bowl.

(###) Silken style sushi is wrapped in a special thin omelette, not wakame.
