23 Jun 06 - 04:49 AM (#1767290) Subject: RE: BS: recipes for seaweed From: The Fooles Troupe There is a style of sushi in which the ingredients normally enclosed in a sushi roll, including cut up strips of wakame (the seaweed used to wrap SOME(###) types of sushi rolls) are merely scattered on the top of the sushi rice in a bowl. (###) Silken style sushi is wrapped in a special thin omelette, not wakame. |
