An article came up in a BS thread that had this for a title.
The article was about the IRA's support for Nazi Germany in WW2.
No mention is made of the origin of the title but it sounds like a contemporary song. If so it would be a rarity. An English language pro Hitler song.

Could it be a parody of "Here's to good old beer"? Something like:
