Would it be more effective to have more than one president in the executive branch to handle domestic and foreign issues more efficiently...... I believe so.

Yeah, we have Presidents Bush, Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rove, Falwell, Limbaugh, Coulter, Wolfowittz, Pearle, Rumsfeld, etc...
