Unable to tour, these last few years, Rufus stayed and played in his beloved Philadelphia where he was revered and loved. I was honored to know him and, occasionally, share a stage with him. He was an unusual man with an unusual way of seeing the world. He was unchanged by fame, unaltered by circumstance. Mike Miller |
