23 Aug 06 - 06:20 AM (#1816831) Subject: Tiger Session Fiday Nights Beverley From: ET For the last 4 Fridays there has been an excellent session in the large room at the Tiger, but this Friday Jo & Graham will not be there and its Whitby, where many participants might be. In addition there is a new Landlord starting. It is thought that if there is to be a Session we need to make a good impression so the thought is to leave it a couple of weeks and make a big bang on Jo & G's return. On the other hand some may wish to turn up and continue. If you read this can you post whether you will be there? |

24 Aug 06 - 05:11 AM (#1817690) Subject: RE: Tiger Session Fiday Nights Beverley From: ET Just to bring you up to date - the new Landlord of the Tiger is planning to introduce meals in the evening to the front room and that includes Friday nights. This should finish at around 8.30 so the Session could be ok at 9pm. However it is thought that the best way forward would be to approach mine host with a view to a good full session in 2 weeks time when all are back from hols/festivals etc - if we have to go into the back room so be it - could start there and if it works gravitate to front room after meals. So likely start date is 2 weeks this coming Friday. |
