Wow!   The Bush administration may get the chance to prove how little they've learned in the aftermath of Katrina, flooded New Orleans, and Rita.

Good thing all that "Global Warning" stuff is a bunch of left-wing hocus pocus, or we might really have something to worry about.   And even make us consider [shudder] policy changes!

Evryone knows that hurricanes are WMDs created by Fidel Castro and the Knights Templar to further the aim of the World Communist Conspiracy. Elizabeth II has written, in a secret document, that when the USA's Gulf and Southern coastlines have been depopulated by hurricanes Great Britain will again step in and restore the monarchy in a communistic state.

This is patently obvious to any thinking person. The Council of Nine is also involved.
