Please go on Mapquest or Google or consult a map (which you should bring with you) to get to the city of Long Beach, Washington, SW corner of Washington. You are in Long Beach, one traffic light. Pharmacy on your right. Go through traffic light. Go about 10 miles north to next traffic light. This will be Ocean Park. NOTE THIS IS NOT OCEAN SHORES. DO NOT GO TO OCEAN SHORES. At light, Jack's store is on your right. Turn right and go to end of road, about a mile. Turn left. Go about a mile, past sign for Ark restaurant, past Fish & Wildlife building, and past Port of Peninsula sign. Slow to a crawl. Only one house past Port of Peninsula sign is the camp. It should be lit and have Sunnycamp signs, but just in case, the regular sign says Camp MOrehead. It is old and hard to read. It is in the first clump of trees past the house right next to Port of Peninsula. Turn in driveway and park in parking lot. Have fun. Hope a few more people make it. We are gong to be a pretty small camp this year. But it should be a lot of fun anyhow and more salmon for the rest of us. Could someone watch this after Friday afternoon and just bring it to the top now and then until Sunday morning. Thanks. mg |
