On second thoughts, Splott Man doesn't need to Refresh - you can do it at The Falcon!

Ooh HSB, my favourite beer!
It's only 700 miles away, I wonder?

No gargling beer? (3.5% or thereabouts). Anyway, all those percentages altogether add up to only 43.9%, so what's the remaining 56.1%?
