For you Westerners who may not be familiar, these guys are aces.

Dan is one of the best students British Isles songs and ballad
that we have. He's the author of the wonderful 'Bonnie Bunch
of Roses' songbook that has passed through many a folkie's
hand.

Bob is one of those stalwarts of the New York folk scene who
was there when it all started and ever since. Probably *the*
best folk-style banjo player since Pete Seeger, and a great
voice to boot. I had the honor of playing with him in the
Compass Rogues for a few years, and can testify that he's
an all around fun guy, too.

They're quite a musical powerhouse. Don't forget to bring
money for their CDs, one of which is quite recent.

Strong second to that GregB. Interpreters of the tradition such as Dan Milner rarely come along more than once in a generation. He has an amazing voice, and more importantly, an astounding way with the turn of a lyric. He understands the music and what spawned it, which gives him the ability to deliver with uncommon skill. Team him up with the astounding talent of Bob Conroy, and it is a rare treat that is not to be missed. Make time for this one, folks.
