I did find a CD of it, which has a sound clip with instructions for buying the CD at http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,89172,00.html scroll down to song #192, I think it was. If you click on the REAL player icon, the page with CD info will come up. However, if you want to buy that one or any of the others you have listed, I would encourage you to get hold of Dick Greenhaus, owner of the DigitalTradition and Camsco Records.
