John has been a leading figure on the folk circuit for a number of years now and is a brilliant performer and musician, much admired for his prowess on melodeon and concertina. It'll no doubt be a great night with this guy up front! Anyone who wishes to attend should contact me on Sheffield 2879592 to reserve a place/ticket in advance. There's limited room, as it's only a small(ish) venue and numbers have to be strictly controlled for everyone's comfort and safety. The regulars/members have booked their seats but there are some spaces left. It'll be £5 a throw, first come, first served. For that you'll get a friendly crowd, free tea and coffee, some grub in the break, cheap bar and a chance to see and hear one of folk's masters. Regards Andy |
