24 Oct 06 - 09:27 PM (#1867795) Subject: Lyr Req: Mollie Lou, Sweet Mollie Mine From: Artful Codger Jack Thorp, in his Songs of the Cowboys, mentioned "Mollie Lew [or Lou], Sweet Mollie Mine" as one of the sentimental songs cowboys sang but which wasn't specific to the cowboy life; thus he didn't bother to collect it. Another such was "My Little Georgie May". Anyone have the lyrics and tune to either of these? |
