They are lucky to have him and since he has been re-elected so many times - they realise this. He is what democracy is about and not some overbearing political party machinery. |

04 Nov 06 - 12:43 AM (#1875838) Subject: RE: BS: Seriously, now, about the US election From: Richard Bridge There have been some other good articles in the Guardian, one about "Clean money" legislation designed to eliminate the corrupt advantage given by "campaign donations" which will always advantage the rich and put the politicians in thrall to them, and another about another place in Middle America where the election was being driven by local republican corruption - but I can't find either on the Guardian website now. |
