18 Mar 99 - 04:24 PM (#64069) Subject: shuffle off to Buffalo From: Megan Hawken My mother is terminally ill and is planning her own funeral. She has requested three unusual songs. This first song has the words, "shuffle off to Buffalo" somewhere in it, but I don't know if it's in the title. The second song is "Hello Central, give me heaven" and the third is a spiritual called "Goin' Home" I know this isn't much to go on and that these songs are probably not really considered folk music, but I am having a heck of a time finding anything on the internet. If someone can just give me a hint as to where to look for these songs I would be very appreciative. Thanks. |
