They say the tapes I made of Paul Durst in 1961 are just about the only ones ever made of a Wobbly songster -- except Harry Haywire Mac McClintock's recording an interview and singing his songs for Sam Eskin. I'd been telling folks about these old tapes I made of Paul for close to 50 years now---and it feels real good for some notice to be made of Paul, his songs---but mainly his life. I call it "Forgotten Songs of the Little Red Songbook" It was very much inspired, in part, by the Big Red Songbook. Also by an internet archive compiled by Fellow Worker DJ Alperovitz.
