Their response appears to be "well you did it before". This has made me think! Were we OK to pollute when we had our industrial revolution? Now that we recognise Global Warming can we afford to let the "China's of this world" pollute during their industrial revolution, or need we insist on modern clean technologies? If we do insist ...... How do we do it |
