NicoleC...don't be concerned, stay on the porch, your comments ruled you out. Since this offer will be worth $200,000.00 and more per year to the lady that I select, I will set all the ground rules and my demands will be met. And I WILL find just the right person. When I settle on the right person, EVERYTHING will be discussed and agreed upon before final papers and waivers are drawn and signed. Perhaps I made a mistake in posting this offer here.
