Paul Mills Rick Fielding's 'Virtual' CD Release (115* d) RE: Rick Fielding's 'Virtual' CD Release 12 Feb 04

I thought 'Catters might be interested in the announcement about Monday's show/launch that Borealis sent to a couple of other lists today. Here it is:

Radio CD Launch
Rick Fielding "Acoustic Workshop"
Monday Feb. 16th. 7:00 - 10:00 PM

On CIUT FM Toronto 89.5 Streamed on the web - (please see below)

Next Monday evening we hope you'll tune in and help celebrate the release of a new album of songs from singer, songwriter, radio host and teacher Rick Fielding. Rick normally hosts this radio show every Monday but we're turning the tables on him this week so that we can celebrate his music.

A number of musicians feel the same way as we do about Rick and wanted to be a part of this program as soon as they heard about it so we have moved the show from the CIUT studios to the Borealis Records office to accommodate a number of guest performers.

Joining us live on air will be Jason Fowler, Eve Goldberg, Holmes Hooke, Mick Lane, Stuart McLean, Paul Mills, Arnie Naiman & Chris Coole, Tony Quarington, Mose Scarlett, Ken Whiteley, Noah Zacherin and a couple of surprise guests that will be joining us by phone.
Listeners are invited to send Rick greetings to this email address:
info@borealisrecords.com

Because this is not your normal CD launch event where you might normally purchase the new CD, our phone lines will be open and we'll be happy to process your order during the show or you can order via the website; www.borealisrecords.com

We hope you can join us for an evening of great music and a tip of the hat to our friend Rick.

Bill Garrett Grit Laskin & Paul Mills
