Lol! Bellybuttons indeed :) As a matter of fact i do think a lot of kids aren't getting enough....well, i hate the word discipline, but you know what i mean! People need to be taught to take responsibility for their actions, is all...having said that, i think if it were more of a level playing field to begin with, crime (especially property related crime, like theft) would be less attractive.
