Linda and I really enjoyed the first night on Friday - Willard White was wonderful as the bass soloist in "A Child of our Time" - "Go down Moses" was awe inspiring.

We're planning to try and make tomorrow for "The dream of Gerontias" - look ou for us if you're going - I like to be just ahead of the left hand side of the arena fountain (when it's there).

BTW it was a bit to much of an ordeal for me to stand all the way through, but it wasn't too crowded and I managed to smuggle in one of those small tripod stools to sit down on from time to time.
