RD: Thousands of words later you have yet to explain why it is. To me, not being a left wing nut extremist, like the majority of US citizens, the qoute means that the occurrence of 9/11 caused some who previously believed that Saddam could be contained to think that he could not be contained. Explain to me why you are not an idiot.
