Bert may have a point, re the construction trades, but I wonder how wide spread that situation is. On the other hand, I know several Peruvians who smuggle cocoa leaves to make the traditional tea/tonic; a dangerous thing to do. But if they can do that, other drugs should be easy. On the third hand, I don't have to worry about finding green chilies, thank the something. The local Safeway even has them fresh, in season.
