Dear Richard and all Soo, chickwatch news here. Our reporter in the field (well the back bedroom actually) has news that over the weekend, while Mum and Dad were away at Crediton, the humidity in the incubator dropped. We hope that this will not be too drastic, but have had to remove one egg due to signs of damage. 'Candling' happens tonight (you thought we had such quiet lives here in the country!) and we should know how many eggs are looking like hatching, so will keep you posted. Lesley ps please dont tell Tony I've got 36 eggs in the incubator - he thinks there are about 20
