Where will you be this memorial day weekend? We'll be in Lake Como, PA (just a few minutes from Hancock, NY) for the Folk Music Society of New York's 2007 Spring Weekend. The dates are Friday, May 25 through Monday, May 28. Weekend staff includes Jen Larson & Terry McGill, Debra Cowan, Bob Malenky, and John Krumm, and others. There will be concerts, workshops, dancing, jamming, and singing, as well as a camper concert which gives everyone a chance to perform. If you can tear yourself away from the music, there are also a pool and jacuzzi, exercise room, ping pong table, and tennis courts -- these are also good for a non-musical partners, spouses, friends, etc.
