MBSGeorge - All is not lost. I quote from the official HM Government document sent to me telling me how to implement the rules The new law will require vehicles to be smokefree at all times if they are used:- To transport members of the public. In the course of paid or voluntary work by more than one person - regadless of whether or not they are in the vehicle at the same time. If MBSGeorge is the only person who uses his vehicle then he can smoke in it. Don't let's extend this ban further than is necessary! K/van
