I had a great time for the two days I could make it, last saturday and Sunday. Yes Banjoflower, it was a good session in The Elsinore Saturday night, thanks for posting about it earlier.
Paul Scourfields and George Garsides "led" sessions on Sunday were as always great, though its a pity George cant have a bigger room than Middle Earth - its always so full and popular you have to fight for space.
We managed to get in at the last minute on Moor and Coast campsite (it was friday before we knew we could definately go for the weekend) and we must pass on that you couldnt have had nicer stewards, the two blokes bent over backwards (not literallY!!) to sort us out, the campsite was flat, dry and quiet (well during the times we were there anyway, although I must admit we missed hearing the "goings on" during the latter part of the night that someone asked us if we had heard - we must have been asleep, shame!!!
We met lots of old friends and made some new ones, and the whole Whitby experience was just great, as ever.
