I repeat, the artist may be visiting that area for the first time, and he hasn't got a clue how your club operates, where the promotion outlets are and whether it's a nice room etc. (and he can't do anything about it if it's not). And what's he supposed to do when his fans say they don't think much of the club, but its the only one they can get to?
