"Looking at their websites, Pickering seems to me to be a concert-only, strictly sit-back-and-listen, and don't-sing-during-the-choruses kind. Too many "superband" or "see them here and on TV" acts, and I see no nod towards participation of any sort." Ian Bruce, Pete Morton, Luka Bloom, Stan Acc, Eliza Carthy........ Don't-sing-during-the-choruses? 'Superbands'are just that George for one very good reason which I shouldn't really have to spell out. There's nothing wrong with making a good living at what you do best!
