I'm afraid Billy the Bus is right - Elvis was a New Zealander - in fact if you all get out your atlases right now you will see that the islands of New Zealand (find Australia then go right a bit) are in the shape of the King in His most classic pose, the Northland peninsula being His extended right arm and the East Cape of the North Island being His head bowed down in a humble but triumphant acknowledgement of tumultuous applause. Well at least you all damn well know where we are now!!!! [hi sam - I'm back!]
