Bob can write about life better than he can deal with it, so it might not be a good idea to bestow too much power on him-- Meanwhile, is the visitation spelled out in the custody ruling? If so, you can go back to the judge everytime the ex-beloved misses, and the judge will deal with the problem. Judges get especially upset about missed medical treatments--if the visitation isn't spelled out in the custody agreement, go back to court and get it--and get used to working with your lawyer!!!
