I can't resist this one, which confirms what I had suspected for about the last 10 years. Modern market fundamentalism has nothing to do with Adam Smith or David Ricardo--people I've always respected. It is just like divine right absolutism. It just means rich and powerful people are the chosen of god, and can do no wrong.
