I WAS at the FaF event. As I stated on another thread, it was a highlight of the week for me (and I was a Ham Evening ST holder so I saw some "headline" acts). Before he sang the first song, Steve Knightley clearly stated what the issue was and his interest in taking part in the launch. Perhaps Mr Harris arrived late as well as left early. IMHO, the ratio of talk to performance was fine. I would not have wanted a long speech at the start, but then I arrived early and picked up the explanatory leaflet, badges and stickers. I'd have liked Jim Moray to "claim" Sweet England for the good guys, which I think would have been entirely appropriate in the circumstances, but other than that I loved the content. As a general rule, I prefer to state what I am for, rather than what I am against, but I am wearing my FaF badge with pride.
