What I don't get is why they changed the proportions -- I recall that in my youth, V-8 tasted strongly of tomatoes and celery. Modern V-8 doesn't have enough celery taste, to my nose, and I wish I could get the original original. Sigh. Nothing stays the same, does it? The older I get, the better things used to be (myself included). I think Art Thieme's new CD is titled something like that, if I recall what someone said at a birthday dinner I was at Sunday. If I'm wrong, it's even one more thing that used to be better (i.e., my memory). Times ain't now, boys, nothin' like they used to be (2X) I'm tellin' you the truth, you can take it from me.
