A federal judge has ruled that the government has to pay ACORN what they should have been paid prior to Congress' action in stripping them of their grants and contracts. It seems that singling out one organization for punitive action without a court conviction is a "bill of attainder," which is verboten by the Constitution. Interesting, eh? And I don't understand the context of Sawzaw's post just above mine. What is he going on about now? Bob
