Now - the interesting thing is that he's used "Tir Glas" and not "Glaswellt glas" as I expected. Having checked it in The Welsh Academy Dictionary (like - the *really big* dictionary) that is, indeed, the proper translation. "Canu Tir Glas" is "Blue Grass Music". He's used 'cerddoriaeth' because it's a bit more all-encompassing and people often thing of 'singing' when 'canu' is used. 'Canu' is literally correct for both vocal and instrumental music making but there's a bit of anglicanization happening in the language over the last few decades.
