Could the BBC at least consider a compromise proposal to transfer the highly regarded Folkwaves team to a weekly spot with a broader nationwide coverage of grassroots and new recording artists 'Folk' on Radio 6 ?
It's decisions like this where BBC executives fail to demonstrate the intelligence to enhance rather than diminish their reputation with license payers; leaving the BBC constantly open to attack from right wing political enemies [ahem.. allegedly..???] sponsored by 'off shore' commercial rivals.
