Ah, the hell with it... If you observe carefully you will see that, with the exception of the income gap, the arguments going on today are the same arguments that were voiced 224 years ago when the states were debating the ratification of the Constitution. The Federalists were for a strong central government and the Anti-Federalists were for a smaller, less intrusive government. Plus the Anti-Federalists wanted to see the rights of the individual protected. See any parallels?
